The collection contains copies of Parson William Douglas correspondence; copies of Douglas, Meriwether and Terrell family correspondence; genealogy notes on Meriwether, Douglas and related families; copies of a scrapbook and an obituary scrapbook kept by Louisa H.A. Minor; copies of her diaries for 1907 and 1915 and her obituary; and copies of family photographs and portraits. The collection also contains an original note signed by Parson William Douglas; and original photographs of Lavinia Yates, former slave of Louisa Minor, and of Louisa Minor's grave marker.
